Thea is very thorough in all aspects. She made us feel safe and that she was checking everything required such as codes, restrictions etc. She pointed out any concerns that we may not have noticed. She remained in touch during and after our property listing and new purchase had closed. We will certainly use Thea again for any future real estate transactions. She is the best without a doubt.
