I don’t like leaving negative reviews however after months of deliberating I’d like to warn others to rethink their decision if contemplating this agent. He has an over inflated ego. He has his own interests at heart, Not his client’s. He is sloppy in his work once he has you sign his contract and is not forthcoming about this. He did not even fill out phintrac papers and had us fill them out. He would not show us listings in advance of taking us to see houses and did not respect our wishes to not see houses we were not interested (we were very specific). He was often argumentative and thought he knew what we wanted better than we did based on assumptions made related to our professions and family size despite our detailed instructions. Lastly, and very importantly he made many racist micro aggressive comments in our dealings with him. I will say that on the selling end our house was staged beautifully and that his wife takes professional photos. Good marketing. But, he would have sold out home for less than what we were willing to settle for had it been up to him to get a quicker sale. (More arguing and tantrums from him) I am trying to provide a balanced view and I think potential clients of his should know that the initial impression is not all that lies beneath the surface.
