Tim is very knowledgable, works incredibly hard, and thinks creatively. Above all, he focuses on outcomes and gets results. I was impressed with the effort he put into a joint sale in a tough market, and could not be happier with both my sale and purchase.

Reply: Tom, thank you for the kind words, and for trusting me with both your sale and your purchase. Selling and buying at the same time in a challenging market takes careful planning and a lot of coordination, and I really enjoyed working through every piece of it with you. Finding creative solutions and seeing both sides of your downtown Vancouver move come together the way you hoped was very rewarding. Thank you again, Tom. Enjoy the new home, and please reach out anytime. Sincerely, Tim
