We highly recommend Tim as a realtor whether you are buying or selling. Tim is extremely knowledgable about not only the buying/selling business side of things, but all things home related - he was able to tell us if a house had poor foundation, if a house had a proper sump pump, things to look for and things to avoid, etc. We are new to Regina and SK, and Tim made sure to explain the differences in housing in SK rather than MB (basement bracing, water softners, etc). Tim ensured we got a home right for us that was also worth our money and safe. We will be using Tim as our realtor when needed again in the future, and will be recommending him to friends and family.
