If we had to do this whole process over again we would still pick Tina. When selling our house we thought we could do it privately. Tina walked through with a client who was interested. The moment we met her we knew she was different from all the other realtors we had seen/dealt with. She was respectful, understanding and not pushy at all. We could tell she genuinely cared for her clients. After some discussion we decided we did not want to sell private anymore and reached out to Tina. She was more than helpful. The services she provided was beyond expectations. We were in a time crunch and she was willing to take us in last minute as well as spent hours late into the night to help us. After she sold out home we went ahead and asked her to help up purchase a new home. Tina was very patient with us, for we kept changing our minds on cost and living areas. She was always quick to respond and give her personal feedback. We knew she cared, she never tired to “get the sale”. She never pushed us to get something that we knew we wouldn’t have loved. Tina is honest and very professional. She offered to do walk throughs when we couldn’t be available and helped us get our beautiful dream home. I would recommend her above all others and hopefully one day we can have the opportunity to deal with her work again.
