This is actually the second house I purchased with Tina. I found her to be enthusiastic, positive and very knowledgeable. Most importantly she was not pushy but would point out both the positives and negatives with the property we were looking at. She took the time to listen to what we wanted and helped us identify needs and preferences we hadn't even thought about. We were able to translate them into relevant searches which allowed us to find homes that we would not normally have looked at. Tina always had my best interests and consulted with me every step of the way. From our perspective the experience was simple and very positive. I'd recommend Tina to anyone looking to buy or sell!
