This was our first house we purchased, if you've never owned a home before there are tons of details that you're blind to when viewing a property. There are lots of distractions, homes that have problems that are hidden or those in the open that appear worse than they really are. Navigating with someone you can trust, that has an understanding of the "bones" of a house is exactly what we wanted when we started looking for a home.
