I have both bought a property with my daughter through Todd and also sold a ski house through him. Both experiences were very good. In buying the condo, he offered good advice in choosing and also pointed out several things to look out for with the condo we purchased. Previously, in selling my cottage he was very helpful in getting it staged and in the way he marketed it. I have dealt with another top agent in the city on another property who did not put in half the effort Todd did.
