He helped us with his knowledge and took us to see over 20 homes.  Made the recommendation to look at electric heated homes because this would scare away other buyers. When we saw the property we liked we printed off the floor plans and got a quote for switching to forced air natural gas heating.  With this knowledge, we're able to make an aggressive offer.  Because of this, we got the home lower than our approved mortgage and had money left for the furnace install.
