Tom Smok was reccomended by very close friends of ours. He has exceptional market knowladge and based on our requirements and price range, he was able to select multiple preperties listed on the market. Using his outstanding communicaiton, we were able to negotiate a very good deal for the house we liked. He explained the entire process, and helped find an inspector and reccomended a few morgage brokers. He really understood our needs and helped us thru the entire process.
