Ms. Tonya was/is absolutely amazing! She walked me through the process as I am a first-time home buyer. She was patient and kind, even the days I wasn't so kind and wanted to throw in the towel. She literally said "Don't worry, I got you" and was eager and willing to explain each and every step! She went above and beyond and assured me I was making the right decision and held my hand along the way.
