If it has to do with how a house is built, she knows about it. I'm about 40% convinced she has x-ray vision. She is well-connected. She knows mortgage brokers, lawyers, home inspectors. They're all as qualified as she is. She's a one-stop shop for your real estate team. She is respected by her peers. Many of the realtors we ran into knew her, or knew who she was. She considered our future, regarding resale, how our family would change over time, how the neighbourhood would change. All-in-all, Tracey was our guide and our voice of reason.
