I was impressed with Tracey's eye for small things. ( well things I thought were small and unimportant ) that turned out to be some of the things mentioned by potential buyers. STAGING people..Listen to her she knows her stuff.... Thank You Tracey for all your expertise. I was a bit apprehensive with some of her suggestions regarding staging and price points and was pleasantly rewarded in the end. She knew what the final details were going to be and the timeline before we started. Everything she said would happen and how much offers would be fell exactly as she predicted.
