Tracy helped my son and our family find the perfect house (condo) while he attended Guelph University. She went above and beyond in taking him and his friends around to view listings, and provided invaluable advice as far as bussing,and other amenities that would be required by students. We purchased a condo below the going rate because the seller used a discount brokerage and did not have the price listed properly. Tracy recognized this and we jumped. When it came time to sell, Tracy went through the condo with us to prepare and stage it for sale. Her timing and suggested sale price was excellent, and she guided us through the "bids", with an eventual close only a week after it was listed, well above the asking price..
