The latter is the market we entered in August when our house was listed. There are people who do their job well, then there are people who truly excel and go above and beyond your expectations. Tracey excelled in every aspect of her job. She gave us great advice on the renovations we has planned, the listing was inviting, photos and video were great advertisements. When we needed to find an appliance, have the lawn cut, get painting done, have the home staged.....she had contacts that she could recommend to us to get the jobs done quickly and done well. She checked on the house regularly and followed up for feedback after every viewing. Tracey also kept on top of the market trends to give us feedback on when to review our home price and how we fared against the current competition. As we were no longer in the province, she helped with the maintenance of our vacant home.....she even pulled weeds to make it show the best it could, put salt in the water softener, put the garbage out, and brought the hose reel inside when the weather cooled. Tracey was always quick to answer my many questions or to have a chat about the market. She never made me feel like I was a nuisance (even if I was). I highly recommend Tracey as a real estate agent, to buy or sell your home. She is excellent at her job, and went well beyond our expectations of an agent to sell our house. She is the best!
