Without even knowing if she would end up being our agent, she took the time to explain the current market, the area, what we should be looking for, provided some great advice and gave us plenty to think about. She definitely lived up to good review written about her. Tracey is very professional, open, honest and knowledgeable, and was always there to quickly answer all our questions. She is a pleasure to work with and walked us through the very stressful process step by step so it was not overwhelming. She is detail oriented and gave us a lot of information about the properties, including things we would not have thought of ourselves. Tracey also went to the trouble of gathering information and putting together a full list with names and numbers for everything we would need prior to closing, making it a smooth transition. Her experience in the market helped us obtain the house we were looking for.
