I was searching for a realtor to sell my Investment property at Guelph and I found Tracey’s profile, also great reviews about her so I called her. Since it was my first sale I was looking for the challenges and I was not worried about the positive/good things. She explained the entire process in our first discussion itself, the market trend, the process or her approach/strategy, timeline, and also challenges because it is a tenanted property so we need to see the risks and mitigation plans. This is what I was looking for and I didn’t get this information from other realtors on my first call. I was impressed by the first call itself so I decided to work with her. She proposed a plan and strategy and listed the property within 7 days, sold the property in 6 days. Our goal was to get an investor so that we don’t need to remove my tenants. We have got multiple offers on the sixth day and sold the property for over asking. I will only work with her in the future for any buying or selling in that area.
