Tracy is one of the best realtors I have worked with. She was very responsive (day, night, weekday, weekend). I was constantly travelling from Kelowna to Calgary to view properties and was dragging 4 small children around. She was very accommodating of this and even got the kids TimBits to get through the viewings! Tracy really took the time to listen to what it is I was looking for. I even changed what I was looking for a few times and she just patiently updated the metrics on her search to find the perfect property for our family. I was surprised to see that she even got us a house warming gift and a Christmas gift. Tracy is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. She is really good at what she does. Very knowledgable. It was a smooth transaction and she sent a checklist for everything I needed to do before, during, and after the transaction. She also offered information about relocating to Calgary. I am very lucky to have found Tracy.
