We sold our home and bought another in a very short amount of time. Tracy was amazing throughout. She knew the market inside and out. She was knowledgable about all areas of Windsor/Essex with regard to real estate, but also with possible issues in homes and mortgage and lawyer information. She never made us feel foolish for any of our hundreds of questions. Tracy offered staging advice and when we accepted the advice she went as far as to bring in her own staging decor to assist us. Tracy made us feel confident and comfortable every step of a very nerve racking process due to today’s market. We have already recommended her to everyone we’ve come across and will continue to do so. If we ever sell again we will definitely call Tracy!
