We conducted a remote search for our first home (we were in Ontario still, while looking for our new home in Nanaimo) on a limited timeline. Travis was extremely proactive in showing us many homes that fit our criteria, via FaceTime. He really got to know our preferences and priorities through the many showings and was never pushy to have us make an offer nor reluctant to show a property. When it came time for us to view in person, he blocked off two entire days just for us. He made sure we were comfortable with every aspect of the purchase. He was very knowledgeable about what to look for and about the areas around Nanaimo, but - importantly - also was able to tell us when he didn't know something and looked into it further. Travis was extremely responsive as well and was willing to work with us how we wanted (we had a group chat set up, and had a shared google doc), which made the first time home purchase a lot easier to digest and process. I would wholeheartedly recommend Travis to any buyer searching for a house in the Nanaimo area.
