He reached out to us, explained the home buying process (including its hidden costs and challenges in Victoria) and worked tirelessly to help us--leading to us getting our first home (on the first place we bid on)! He was always quick to reply to all our questions via text, call and e-mail, and worked long hours to ensure our viewings, bidding and close all went smoothly. We definitely couldn't have done it without him--especially considering that we're in Toronto, navigating the challenges of the Victoria market for the first time from afar--and we're excited to hopefully work with him again down the road when we look for our next place. Additionally, the whole rest of the team was great, too (thanks Patricia, Bianca, Greg, and John). They went through strata docs quickly and efficiently, set up speedy and thorough viewings for us, recommended us mortgage brokers, insurance providers and lawyers, and overall provided us with great insight, advice and experience.
