I would never ever recommend Trina hodges for buying a home. She is barely present in the whole process, as she is too busy constantly. You are with her assistant instead. She doesn't care about what your wants/needs are in buying a home. She just wants to make a sale whatever means possible. She offers HORRIBLE advice and is very unprofessional!!!

Reply:    I know this is Megan I am not sure why you would use a fake name. I personally showed you more then 25 homes and the only time Nichole showed you homes was Friday nights (as you were aware this is my family night with my kids), when I was away or when you contacted us last minute wanting to see a home and I wasn't available. At any point you could have told me that you didn't like her showing you homes and we could have come up with a solution or you could have stopped working with me. When you asked to work with me I told you that is how I operate with my team. I was never anything but professional. Got you info every time you guys asked, got you into homes when it worked for you, negotiated on your behalf and was never pushy and when you walked away from a sale because you weren't satisfied from the inspection I supported your decision and then immediately started to show you homes again. Not liking the home that your boyfriend purchased isn't on me. If you don't like the way he had the home inspected again it is not on me. I always send out a preferred inspector list but I am legally not allowed to direct you in any direction when it come to choosing an inspector. I also had a cleaner clean the homes for 9 hours because you were unhappy with the way it was left. I did this only to make you happy and after it was done you were grateful and had nice things to say to me. We spent more the 7 months together. You had many opportunities to stop working with me but you didn't. And 7 months is more then enough time to know how I operate and not once did you express discomfort working with me. If you had I would have been more then willing to discuss and if I wasn't a good fit walked away professionally. I am sorry you don't like the home your boyfriend chose but I think he likes it and is willing to do everything to make it feel like home. It is a good home, good location and great neighbourhood steps to parks. It fit the criteria....room for a theatre room, brand new kitchen, good size and updated and not tool old. I know you didn't like the paint but as I told you in many homes...paint is the easiest to change and quickest way to make it feel like yours. So many people would be so happy to own a home like the one your common law purchased. I wish you the best and hope that you find some happiness as I do love your little family. Reply:    WOW!
