Tristan used to be my manager at McDonald’s well over 10 years ago, so when picking a real estate agent it was a no-brainer. Tristan is super knowledgeable of the current market and was bang on for what he thought the houses would sell for. The best thing, he never pressures you to bid over your budget, but does warn you when he thinks that it’ll sell over (which he was right on every time). He was always so quick to show us houses that were in our budget or to send us information on houses that were soon to hit the market. He is very professional, has a very quick response time, definitely knows his stuff, and was honestly an amazing support for us with buying our first home. We were interested in buying a duplex or something with potential for rental income and his expertise and knowledge in this area was superb. I will definitely use him again in the future.
