I had to contact Troy repeatedly to receive any feedback from him. I made the sellers an offer on their house and he didn't present it to them. He should have his license removed as he is the example of a greedy money hungry realtor.

Reply: As the Broker/Owner of Realty Executives Saskatoon I am compelled to respond to this post by Tyson Johnson. After discussing the post with Troy I discovered that the communication Tyson Johnson had with Troy Walkington was in fact, via text message. Troy Walkington, has in fact, NEVER met personally or had any other communication with him. A text message is in fact NOT an offer--so to suggest that he made an offer which Troy did not present...is simply UNTRUE. A greedy money hungry realtor would want to present any and all offers would he not? It is unfortunate that posts of this nature can find their way to the public scrutiny. I would be happy to meet with Tyson, if in fact that is his name, to discuss, and hopefully be of service to him. Troy Walkington has been a valuable member of the Realty Executives Team since 2004, and I hope he remains with us for many years to come, as he has dozens of very happy clients who value his service, and his expertise.
