Tushar helped with one rental in Downtown Toronto, although their primary focus is in buy/sell properties in GTA area. He was extremely resourceful in finding us the best possible home, and creating a stellar rental profile which as a newcomer with no credit history was a blessing and really helped in getting a positive adjudication for my rental application.
