Tyler made a very complicated, awkward situation smooth, stress-free, and like there was never anything I had to think about myself. He was always friendly, helpful, professional, and kind. Despite it being a somewhat tough property Tyler sold it WAY faster than expected- especially with the way it sold before. He regularly and consistently communicated so I never felt out of the loop, and handled even the most difficult parts with such gentleness and respect that I never worried about how any problems that may arise would be handled throughout the sale of the house- internally or externally. I would both be happy to work with him again, and recommend him to any prospective buyers. It was very nice knowing someone so capable was handling everything.
