We worked with Tyler to sell our gut-job of a townhouse earlier this year. It was the most stressful home in the entire world to get rid of, with its festive pink/green master ensuite, the kitchen countertops that looked like they were covered in do-it-yourself resin, and the asbestos-filled popcorn ceilings that just screamed “renovate me!” We had multiple buyers walk and no happiness on the horizon.
