Definitely we realized why clients should go with Full time realtors rather than Part timers. Utsav was initially hired to provide real estate needs and find my sister and brother in law their 1st house. But seeing his professionalism he was asked to sell their investment property elsewhere. (we had initially planned to sell it with someone else). He was then asked to find a house for my tenant as well then to lease my own house.
