Utsav was beyond proactive in helping us find exactly what we needed in the time we needed it. My housemate and I had left things until the last minute and Utsav worked around our tight time frame and busy schedueles to make sure we found a place to call home in time.
He was very responsive, professional, friendly, and caring. To the extent of applying to every successful showing IN THE LOBBY right after the viewing in order to highten our chances. Utsav didn't stop setting up appointments with us back to back until we found exactly what we wanted.
