As a homeowner of 12 years and deciding to buy a new house and sell our current one , isn't always the easiest desicion. In our case it wasn't just about our home for 12 years and its memories, it also included all the work we put in renovating our home. So we made the leap and I believe a homeowner's dream is to be able to upgrade your home to something better and in some cases bigger. Which for us bigger wasn't a priority but it did happen. We did this and managed to sell our current home for more then what we are paying for our new home. This was something that was totally unexpected but we are beyond happy about it.
