Vanessa was extremely professional and understanding with her clients (my parents) who are elderly. She took the time and patience to explain everything in detail to them so they understood the process and what to expect . Vanessa made the process as seamless as possible. She also sought input from my brother and myself. I wish I could rate her with more than 5 stars. I would definitely recommend her to everyone.
