We met Vanessa while selling our first condo in 2021. She was the agent of the buyer and we thought that she was excellent with him and in defending his interests, much better than our own agent at that time (with whom we had but problems). So when the time came to purchase an investment condo, I reached out to the buyer of our 2021 condo and asked for Vanessa’s phone number. We did not regret this. Vanessa was thorough and kind and, although this is still a tough market, we were able to find and purchase a perfect investment condo that works for us.
