We were having a tough time finding a house that met our family’s needs and we were getting really discouraged, but Carrie’s and Vanny’s optimism and expertise pulled us through. They seemed to be always available and got us in to see listings almost immediately. They pointed out things we may have missed and steered us away from potential renovation nightmares. Their guidance through the offer process and the closing process made it so easy for us. Their recommendations for a home inspector (thanks, Callum!) and lawyer (thanks, Kady!) were also excellent—both were as easy to work with as Carrie and Vanny themselves.
