There are so many realtors in Thunder Bay, and I have worked with over a dozen of them in the last 40 years, hands down, I would work with Vanny every time moving forward. She is thorough, mildly anal retentive (which I appreciated greatly!), well mannered and spoken, knowledgable and friendly. She cares, and it is evident, unlike the numerous money hungry realtors in the city. Out with the old, and in with the new!
