These ladies are amazing! We were first time home buyers that were moving up to Thunder Bay from the GTA and were not able to physically be in Thunder Bay to house hunt. Vanny & Carrie were our eyes and ears throughout the whole process. We didn't really know what we were doing at all but they were so patient with us, answering any questions we had, were extremely responsive no matter the time of day and guided us through everything (even setting us up with a lawyer!). They were so knowledgeable about every neighbourhood; telling us the pros and cons of each and pointed things out to us in every house that we wouldn't have noticed on our own. Bonus: they are both so funny and sweet! 10/10 would recommend!!
