We were in a position where we required a quick out of town relocation. Vanny and Carrie took us on with 4 days notice of us coming to town to house hunt and they made it work. They are a pleasure to work with and if you really take the time to select what you want through their app, they can make more selections and tailor your house hunting experience. They know the market and they know what a good offer is and advise you to be comfortable with your bid, just listen to what they say when they give advice, cause they aren’t wrong. I hope not to need them again as house moving is a lot of work, but if we do they’ll be the first people we will call! Can’t recommend them enough. As our first foray into real estate in Thunder Bay was such a mess, we were both cautious of who we would work with the 2nd time around, and it was nice to deal with this competent caring duo!
