We met Vanny at a baseball, she was very approachable from the onset, friendly and funny. She listened to our needs and found us exactly what we were looking for. She always got back to us quickly, and showed us houses right away, even though we knew house busy she was. She always made time for us, and we never felt pressured. She made everything run smoothly. Most agents just want to show you a house, we often forgot that she was getting paid for helping us as her only focus was us. We did found a house we liked, but after Vanny voiced her concerns (she pointed out problems in the basement, and in the attic. She actually went in the attic!!), we decided not to buy it, it was a lemon. She is honest and extremely knowledgeable about the inner workings of a house, we were so impressed!!
