She constantly talks over you and her inexperience had me selling below market value to gain a sale. Lots of pressure She lacks the cohonies to fight for her clients and when you tell her , she quits as your client and takes her sold sign home.

Reply: This is quite the contrast to the praise you kept giving me. You said I was very knowledgeable, you liked how I worked, and that you would highly recommend me. It really is unfortunate that you would leave such a comment after I successfully sold your home for well over asking, and bent over backwards for you, while you contacted me all hours of the day and night. You also fabricated that you would be selling two properties and as such asked for a reduction in commission, which I gave you, only to find out this was not your intention at all. The one time I did not answer back within two minutes, you threatened to call listing agents yourself to view homes. From the start, I thoroughly explained how the process worked and advised you every step of the way, only to have you repeatedly go against my advice and threaten to take your listing down if you did not get an outrageous amount over asking for your home, which was absolutely listed at market value. Every agent that walked through your property felt it was priced right, at the price that you yourself asked me to list it at. You complained that it was a seller’s market and you should have gotten 200k+ over asking for your home. I was very up front and honest from day one about what expectations you should have, without making any promises. I negotiated every single detail you asked for, in your favor. I believe you referred to me as a "ball buster". Unfortunately, it seems you had a bit of seller’s remorse and chose to blame me for that. It was thoroughly explained to you several times, that you did not have to accept any offers you were not happy with. You also threatened me, and when I stood up for myself, you came running here to “smear my name”. I saved you thousands in commission, sold your home for well over asking, and catered to your every need, and the thanks I got was to be threatened, harassed and a very inaccurate, defamatory review. I removed myself as your realtor due to your behaviour, dishonesty, and sheer lack of ability to listen to my guidance....well after your home sold. My sign was never removed, nor did I quit during the middle of the sale process. It's a shame us agents don't have a site to rate the clients as I later learned that several agents in town will not work with you. All the best with your next sale! --
