Victoria Zhang listed a property for sale and neglected to disclose that it was Heritage designated. In consideration of her mistake she promised to compensate us $35,000 on closing which she failed to honour. Do not believe anything Victoria Zhang says, she is a liar. Our agent has an audio recording of her promising her commission to us and she refused to honour the agreement after she made us sign a mutual release and indemnity document. She also stated on the MLS listing that the property has the potential to be severed which is does not. This agent is reckless and very unprofessional to say the least. Victoria Zhang has made a racially discriminatory comment targeted to us during the height of the Black Lives Matter movement stating to our agent and lawyer that Chinese Lives also Matter when none of the parties made any racial comments about her or her race. Buyers and sellers should think twice before using her services. Do you really want a realtor like this to represent this sale of your home? Think twice and be warned she is not an honest or ethical person.
