Mr. Joshi was the seller's realtor and personal friend. When we bought the house, the seller did not abide by the contract to do certain things. Joshi's attitude was completely unprofessional and he made no attempt to help resolve the situation. He did not respond to our realtors emails without her having to struggle to get answers from him. I would NEVER deal with him again. His basic attitude was that it wasn't his problem.
