This is our first house and we have very limited Knowledge about this but vinay is very knowledgeable and was very helpful throughout the process . We felt he is very genuine and by keeping all our requirements in mind he got us a property in our budget . Best thing is that he was able to negotiate the property for below listing price . We are totally happy with this deal and would surely recommend vinay to others who are willing to buy a new property.
