Vinod Basal and very professional. The property initially sold after a 3 month listing, but then the buyer asked for an extension for 5 month extension, which reluctantly was given. The 1st buyer reneggrd on the sale and it did not sell. The property had to be relisted. The buyers asked for an extension of the closing date which again was granted. Very, very frustrating and $300,000 of dollars was lost. . The first offer had too long a purchasing offer closing and this resulted in us losing at least $300,000. We also had to pay maintenance and utility biills for almost one year for an empty house.
