Worst Real-Estate Agent I've Ever Met. When I called Warren regarding the house (when it was for sale at the time) he just responded "Hello?" didn't even respond professionally, and it seemed like he was in bed. So anyways I ask "Hi, is this warren?" and he says yes. Since the house wasn't open house & we were in front of it, I asked warren if he could give us a tour of the house. The first thing he asks is "how much do ya have down?" (who asks that?) and I told him that I was pre-approved for a million, and he said "yeaahhh there's gonna be NO chance of ya getting this house" as well as giving me some useless advice, which shows how unbelievably lazy he is. Anyways I got so mad so I just hung up on him immediately before things escalated. The home was supposed to be sold for around $1M, but after checking a few weeks later when it got sold, it was only sold for $850K, which sucks for warren of course since he didn't get what he want. A few weeks ago, I called warren again to see if he changed, and he hasn't. I called him about another house he was listing and he responded the same way to me saying "Hello?" (of course he wasn't in his office) not even responding professionally. I asked "I have a question for that house" to him he said "okay? what can I tell ya?" and I asked "do you do tours of that house?" and he said "you can have your agent call us and we can set up an appointment." sounding like he doesn't want to get out of bed. So I just gave up and said "alright thanks" and he just hung up.
