We chose Wassim for his reputation. However, he ended up bullying us into doing the transaction. We did not feel represented, nor were our interests represented during the negotiations and transaction. He kept telling us our house isn't worth it and that we have to lower our expectations. He imposed all the buyers' conditions on us just to make the deal, saying these are standard terms and conditions. However, when we gave feedback and addressed the situation, we were told we were impossible and rude, and that we do not appreciate his efforts and his team's efforts, since they are working hard for us. We were accused of being disrespectful and causing him great stress because we were stressed with our transaction. Worst experience ever!
