I found Waylon randomly, and you should find him intentionally! I gave him a long laundry-list of requirements to find me my dream home, and, I'm telling you, it was not simple or straightforward. This man racked his brain, and came up with a property that wasn't currently listed! It was exactly what I asked for, and now I own it, AND I'm friends with the previous owner. If you're looking for exceptional - Waylon's your man.
