Wayne was very courteous, respectful and responsive to both my questions and personal anxiety issues. His contractors (Sign placement, Photographer), were both very kind and, all were a complete joy to work with. I had a few issues with viewings, but those issues fall to the realtors showing the property. Wayne assured me everything was going to be alright. Overall, Wayne sold the house within 3 days of it listing (within 6 of requesting his service); which to me, shows that he was right on market value and had the connections to provide a quick sale.
