Mr. Koshman was a true professional, he was always open with every aspect. He was available every time we needed assistance or had questions about any aspect of selling our condo. He was very knowledgeable in prices and markets. Even though we were unsuccessful in selling with one rediculous offer we felt that the timing was just wrong in the condo market.
