I had known Wayne for a few years prior to using him as our real estate agent. I had watched him in action and talked to him about his position prior to hiring him and was impressed with his professionalism. When he put our house on the market he did a good job of advertising it and showing it. When a job offer came in he was very professional about how he handled the negotiations and eventually in handling the paperwork.
