OMG! Wayne is an excellent realtor who would go above and beyond to help his clients, a professional person to the core. We just relocated from Ontario and believe me it was a though task living in Ontario but wants to buy in another Province. Wanye took so many factors to heart like what we wanted, the distance he had to travel and he got numerous showings ready for us. He would even offer to pick you up at the airport if needs be. He became someone we trusted and I tell you, the advice was always on point. He would call him at odd times because of the time difference and he would pick when available, respond back when he is busy but almost immediately calling you back to answer your concerns if there was any. He was always calm, never upset and always smiling. He even did video showings whenever we couldn't be present physically in Saskatchewan. I trusted his judgment because he treated us like family, and showed us we mattered. I honestly cannot thank him enough, eventhough he always says "I just doing my job" but we all know not everyone treats their clients with the utmost respect, but Wanye does just that. He treats you with utmost respect and dignity you and your family deserve. I still can't thank him enough for our beautiful home.
