I would not recommend this realtor to my worst enemy. Unprofessional only begins to describe him. Offering staging advice??? He didn't want to show the condo until it was empty then showed up late and left early from scheduled open houses. Couldn't get us any offer but thought that getting a phone call or two a month about the property showed promise. Should have fired him months before we did.
